Tennis, co-cu day

Tennis for my co-curriculum activities because gym for co-cu is not available for me anymore because my college does not allow us to choose the same sports that we had already taken in Diploma.

I joined Tennis when I was at the age of 15 for like ermmm around 6 months only =X and even invested in a tennis racket not chipalang one because I thought I would be very pro if I buy a high quality racket but my skills was superb beginner level hahah.

That's why I choose Tennis loh in degree to feel less guilty after buying a good Tennis racket and let it rot in room for years. Even bought tennis skirt and almost buy tennis shoes when I just started Tennis but luckily I did not if not Imma bang my head on the wall because I quit tennis not long after picking up tennis and also because I find no kaki's to play tennis with which slowly causing me to end my relationship with tennis *tears


Soon after training under ms. Christine Lim for nearly 2 months, we then went for competition for co-cu day.

At the end of the day of course I am not the champion for women category because I'm just not physically fit enough I think so I ended up with a runner-up title. I thought runner-up got no medal to take but *sob sob When Ms. Christine say out the name for runner-up during medal giving, I was overly joy and smile till my eyes also cannot see anymore.

Cia Xiang Seafood Restaurant

Visit here for the second time for lunch because the another restaurant that we planned to go was closed on that day so yeah. Located at Bukit Tambun, easily can be spotted with their huge banner display when drive pass by.

My first experience here was not very good as the food all tasted so-so, so I kinda had a bad perception on the food served here until I tried out a few of their innovative dishes which lessen my bad ratings on them.



Cia Xiang specialty, Claypot Crab Rice. The rice was flavorful as I believed it was fried in wok before placing it in claypot. On my first visit here, I had this dish too but it badly disappointed me because I feel like I was eating rice coated with oil with no aroma and lacked of flavor. Inconsistent food quality , I say.


This is Braised Pork Knuckles in Bag. Speaking of innovative till we had hard time scoping for the sauces adjusting the bag here and there for the sauce to flow to the another side haihhh take the ciap also so mahuan. Ohh, and also the mantou was served at the side for us to dip in sauce.

 Balitong Sweet Potato, suck me out hard to have a taste of me !! hahahhahaha I never had balitong cooked with sweet potato before so I bagi 1 Like for innovation. Taste was not bad and acceptable and also creative.

 This Prawns with Grapes sauce really do catches my attention. When the lady told us about this dish, I was like huh?? prawn with grapes? Then there goes my imagination thinking of  prawn texture with grape taste, which I failed to link this 2 taste together so ended up ordering this. The prawns was first deep fried in batter before coating the with the grapes sauce. The sauce was not overly sweet of grape taste but I don't know,this dish definitely not to my liking.

Standing Chicken on Fire.  The chicken alone tasted normal ,need to dip it into the chili sauce given baru boleh makan , meat was tender even the breast part. In photo couldn't see any flames right? haha because by the time I take photo after video the process the fire already went off, so play the video below to see ! =)



This brinjal nothing to shout about la, I believe anyone who cooks know how to cook this. Posted it here to show we got order vege also geh not also meat and seafood hahahh


Overall, the food taste was normal but kinda of at the higher price. I mean, usually I dine seafood restaurant around this area the price definitely cheaper than Penang island but the food here taste normal saje.

诚蠔油滑鸡(首馆) Boiled Chicken Restaurant


Boiled chicken. We ordered 1/2 portion. (RM 14)....The chicken texture was just nice even the breast part was tender to bite. However the soy sauce tasted normal and nothing special, would be better if there's roasted sesame oil added to it to bring up the flavor.


The Plum Sauce Pork was the best ! Small size at RM 5. It was fried till crispy topped with some plum sauce and i'm very sure they coated the pork with their secret ingredient powder before frying it as the taste tasted aromatic lingering in the mouth lol


Beansprout , big (RM 4). This shop reminds me so much like the chicken rice shop in Ipoh where beansprouts were served separately. Again this one lack of the aromatic roasted sesame oil.


Meal for 3. The soup was given free and full of MSG taste from fish balls , it's like drinking fish ball soup!

I had the Hor Fun and again i'm gonna say the same thing,lack of roasted sesame oil !!!! =(

Ordered Crispy Mantis Shrimps and no where to be found on our table, they have forgotten ! Luckily auntie forgot to serve us haha as we were already too full !

Happy New Year 2014 and fishing

 Welcoming 2014 starting with BBQ, yeah I love BBQ !!
At BigBear's house, this is the leftover food from Christmas BBQ night, so much ! that we couldn't even finish it all. 

What I like about BBQ isn't really the meat but fish !! I remembered I had salmon head and tail despite I was already full because I ate the tail at first then they told me to settle the salmon head as well as one must finish what she started at first, in short once you start doing something you must finish it until the end.

His two uncles were BBQ-ing till the whole thing was on fire! but they seems so relaxed as the fire starting to get bigger, if I was there I would definitely be screaming for help and trying to splash water to put down the fire hahah!

 After dinner, it's party time. Round 1 started here at PSC. Not very happening lol from PSC car park view, I can hear the DJ playing but errrr macam tak ada orang je thought it would be crowded
 For every ticket paid, you will be receiving 2 cans of tiger beer which I carried around everywhere and not drinking it because I was way too full from BBQ!
 The people standing in front of the stage, you see the black metal tent on the right? That is where the water from and people walking around armed with water guns.
and the clock strikes at 12 ! there were fireworks going on and yeah wet session for those who were standing under the tent, I wished I can have fun playing with the water but NO, I am already all in make-up for Cuvee !

I slept at 4.30 AM and I got myself so drunk of champagne that BigBear had a very hard hard time waking me up after 2 hours of sleep to start our journey to Bukit Merah. for what ?? FISHING TRIP !!!!!!  The day earlier I said I will be driving there so that he can sleep and rest, end up I sleep in the car all the way to there hahaha!!

Forced myself to eat this even though I have no appetite at all to eat this and was falling asleep eating it. No choice! As we will be on the boat from morning till evening, eat it or you starve whole day eating air.

The weather was so hot and I am roasted under the hot scorching sun ! Feeling really unwell that time as I hangover the whole morning with the hot sun, burping out the champagne of last night and end up sleeping on the boat for an hour. Worst thing is I caught no fish at all when everyone got, I didn't even get any hit from the fish !!! *frust!


Settled our dinner of 5 persons somewhere around our fishing place, 30 minutes ride. Somewhere there but I don't know where...its like middle of nowhere,got seafood restaurant
 I asked BigBear to take photos of the food and he started by taking this dish of vege using Instagram -.- yeah you heard me, making me o.O even show me the photo and asked me ok or not his skills. sometimes, I don't know how to judge his level of humor whether should I laugh or pissed
 Some sort of Hainanese spring rolls, crispy !
 Signature homemade beancurd , thai style. The sauce was too sweet for me but beancurd was nice !
 Chicken cooked in errrr I dont know what sauce taucu and black sauce I think lol Tasted so-so,nothing shout about actually
